This is my first time going to the salon. Tracy was the technician that took care of me. She did a fantastic job. She was through with her massage, attention to detail with filing my nails and make sure they’re painted properly. Would highly recommend.

I went in this morning to get a pedicure and full set , I called before hand to ask for prices and I calculated around 70-80$ being my total , leaving I ended up paying 100$ .
I got gel and as it’s drying 3 nails came back wrinkly and I brought it to the lady’s attention And she said it’s okay and continued to put the clear polish on top me thinking it would smooth out I didn’t say anything there and then but when she was doing so I could still see the wrinkles , so I finally speak up ask if she could redo them since I’m PAYING for this service . The 2ND TIME , one still comes out wrinkled and she hurrys and puts polish so I wouldn’t see or say anything . My toes didn’t come out to bad because the younger lady that painted them . but the Other lady was definitely being rough and it was to a point where I was about to walk out because I was afraid she might cut me , I asked to speak to the manager and the lady didn’t even say anything she just sat there and stared at her employee. Worst service ever . Please do not waste your time coming to this place .

Went in for a gel removal. Cost $10 but they would not do the removal since I did not have cash. A simple request. Poor customer service.

These ladies did an excellent job on my nails and feet. When I first walked in the environment was nice and clean. The ladies were very nice and very well mannered. One lady was doing my nails and the other lady was doing my feet and they both did amazing. I was treated like a princess. The price they charged me wasn’t half bad considering all the things they were doing. Great job ladies! Thank you ladies! I will be back
