I had my hair colored and styled by Angela. She is the best!! Super quick and looks amazing!!! I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for anything from a simple cut to full head highlights or color. I wont be going anywhere else.

I made an appointment with Kim. She’s a very kind sweet lady. (The stars are for her kindness) I’m just so disappointed in my hair. 🥺 it could’ve just been that this was a very rushed service and maybe bad lighting at the salon 🤷🏽‍♀️

My hair turned out to be a series of unfortunate events once I saw it in the sunlight. Bleeding dark color into my highlights which caused my hair to be very different colors. Once I got home, I realized my head was still wet and moist after many hours later. Dark wet hair dye was left all over my head. I had to scrub my hair in the shower and sadly, so much dye came out. Highlights were not added to the front of the most obvious part of my hair and some white hair is still showing… 🥺 adding pictures here. I’m just going to leave my rant there. ✌🏽 To make this right, I would just want a small refund. I wouldn’t go back.

I went in to get my hair colored more specifically my roots where all the grey is. None of my roots were colored, none of my grey was colored, a cutting board was used to put color on my hair. I asked for highlights red and blonde. There is no red. It looks like I need to have it colored my roots are dark and look awful. I was charged for a haircut because my bangs were cut and uneven. When I asked if it could be fixed I was told I needed to pay ANOTHER $90. I usually go to the beauty school my appt got cancelled and I didn’t have another time to go with my schedule. Now I’m going to the beauty school for a root touch up. NEVER go there. Horrible experience and very unprofessional. Bri was her name. When I asked about my roots she made up some story about what she was doing was better. When I told her none of my grey was covered and it’s the reason I color my hair her reply was well I hope you find someone you like better.
She isn’t going to make it in the field with her sloppy work and bad customer service.
