Got acrylics done here and the lady turned the lights off to paint them. Very misshapen and so many bumps and hairs in the nail. Charged me $90 for it too. Appointment didn’t start until 45 mins after I had originally scheduled.

There were four of us today getting both nails and pedicures done. Three have been going for quite some time and love it here. This was my 1st time. I will definitely be going back. Both Kayla and Sonny know what they’re doing and are very personable and make you feel very welcome. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT COME HERE. They are rip offs. Told me over the phone they will remove these then give me 50% refund. Got here and told me “im not welcomed back” and they refuse to give me any money back. “They can fix it” but i need to pay more money to have them removed completely and no refund of any kind. Completely unacceptable behavior. Wish i could give zero stars

Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Refused to refund. Told me it’s not their fault as I chose the dip. Oh yea, the chunks of skin missing on almost all my FINGERTIPS? They stated those were my cuticles and again not their fault. Weird black specks of stuff in my “short white stiletto” nails. Crooked, chunks of powder not filed away, completely flat on top, and not smooth on top whatsoever. I was very nice about the situation until they started blaming me. If you like these nails, and want to spend $60, then by all means head on over to CK nails. 【

The people were nice and my nail tech painted my toenails very well. Sadly, that is the only good thing I have to say. I had a pedicure, and it was the most painful and aggressive technique that any nail tech has ever used on my feet. I know they want to make the nail bed look pretty and clean, but there is no need to be jabbing pointy, sharp tools underneath the side of the nail and clipping skin under there that won’t be seen anyway. I wanted to say something at the time, but I was too scared to. When I was done, my left big toe was really hurting and sure enough, the next morning I had a big, angry, hot red toe infection. It’s hard to tell via picture, but my toe is red and inflamed all the way down to the knuckle. I will likely have to go on antibiotics because topical ointments are not cutting it. I would not recommend going here if you want a relaxing pedicure.
