I love my manicure so much! Beautiful work. Only thing is I wish there was a bit more transparency about prices but overall a good experience!

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now, and I always leave so happy with how my nails turn out! Today, Irene did my gel manicure, and she absolutely killed it! She was efficient, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend her and all of the techs here!

I love the staff! Ian is always helpful with setting up my appointments! I can be super picky about my nails, and Nina always helps me figure out which color to get and is always so kind and patient!! Everyone is super sweet! Love coming here for my monthly mani/pedis!!!

I’m not from New Orleans but I was on a family trip and decided to get my nails done. I just don’t think the lady that did my nails did a good job. I kept trying to tell her that my nails were crooked and had mismatched shapes. The picture isn’t what I asked for when I arrived but at a certain point of her not listening, I just wanted to leave. Would not recommend..

I went in to get my nails for my wedding and tell me why it cost $130 for gel I didn’t do the manicure just the gel with design and yet I went to a nail salon a while back and got acrylics with gel and design and my boyfriend paid $70 yet they charged my parents $130 my wedding nails. Then after my wedding it was within the two weeks and my nails chipped so I called to make an appointment and I told him how it had been two weeks and if I can get a touch up is it free and he said yea just come in and put me down for Saturday. Then when I came into the nail salon I told the guy and looked straight at him and said it’s been two weeks guess he didn’t hear me say that part my bad if my voice is too low wouldn’t want to yell and then I said is it free of charge I asked that twice to make sure he knew what I was saying and he shakes his head and says yea. Then when the service is done I’m told I have a balance of $38 for my nails he made me look crazy when I told him I specifically asked when I came in it’s been two weeks is it free of charge and over the phone I told him a touch up. No I’m not crazy if it’s been two weeks some nail salons have a policy that they have to redo your nails if they are chipped within the two weeks you got your nails done and he acted like that wasn’t a thing. Then I had to get my husband to send me the money to my card and it declines my card as if I didn’t have the money when I did because I guess they don’t take visa. I showed him I had enough and he acted like I was stupid and didn’t have enough cash. Then I walked out to go get my husbands card to pay it and he acted like I was going leave the salon. How rude of you to act this way to a customer I’m not surprised some Asian nail owners are really hot headed and think white women are stupid. Just so you know I have an Asian husband and he’s very smart so no I’m not discriminating. Have fun doing business you won’t be getting our business anymore. Don’t assume or judge a client and if you didn’t understand me when I walked in don’t assume I’m saying charge my nails when I’m asking if it’s free of charge because it’s been less than two weeks since I got my nails done.
