I got a pedicure done there and If I could give zero starts I would! The lady who did my feet I’m assuming cut me and also gave me an infection where puss is coming out of where she did it!! Photo is showing how swollen this still is after letting the puss come out and cleaning with alcohol.

My regular nail salon is closed for renovations and decided to give city nails a try, worst mistake ever. As a person of color when people believe we all look alike and accuse you of having come there before and “complained” when I have never stepped your doors prior to that day is the highest form of disrespect and racism. if you are any other color apart from white, please stay away from this place.

A friend and I walked in on a rainy Wednesday, 2 customers were being serviced. The woman working closest to the entrance asked what service we wanted and pointed where the nail color sample books were located. Shortly after, additional employees came out. The staff wasn’t the most welcoming and the small talk felt forced.
In the end, I spent over $84 on a gel mani/pedi only for the gel to start lifting off both of my index fingers the next day. I’m in Texas for job training and do not have a lot of time to spare. I do not have time to return to the nail shop to fix something that should have lasted for WEEKS, not a day. I may be moving to the area soon but I will not be returning to this shop.

Love going to this place! They always give fantastic service and the nails always look great! They give you a card to get stamped every time you visit and after you get 10 stamps you get $5 off your next service. I love my mini-vacations here best reality escape ever!!! They never disappoint
