I want to know if they’re still in business. When I have called the phone rings and rings. I never get to that side of town during business hours. I used to go there frequently, but it’s been years. They always did a nice job.

I love love love them. Every time I go anywhere else they do a terrible job, I know I can go here and they always do great! Never had any problems here. Love them seriously.

To finally decide to give this place a chance and walk in to find one person working and be told they have no availability til tomorrow…. As a professional myself it feels completely ignorant. I would be willing to wait for the business to have time but to be flat out told they have no availability leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. I also should note that I walked in before 4:30pm well before they close-for a simple polish change. Avoid this place as they clearly don’t have enough staff to handle walk-ins as their door (which is propped open) states. Extremely disappointed. This is the one day I was going to be able to get my nails done before the holidays too. Thanks for nothing.

Sign says they do walk ins but they don’t. In an area with a lot of truck drivers you think they would at least update their sign

If i could give this place minus stars i would. 4 times i have gone here and 4 times they have said they only take appointments and their earliest appointment os alway 3 days away. Their door CLEARLY says walk in available. Did i mention that i see more than one person sitting there doing nothing each time i have gone here? Initially, i thought it may have been bad timing but they are not accepting people of darker complexion
