I’m 5 months pregnant and was not treated right here. Very rude people. and I will never come back or recommend this place. That old man was just pure nasty.AND LOOK AT MY NAILS! they’re hideous and chunky they WERE for my baby shower but I’m taking them off, never had my nails look this bad. He cut me multiple times and was harsh with his hands. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything with the customer service I got, let alone how hideous my nails are. They left me leaving there embarrassed. I had to postpone my baby shower because of how bad my experience was. Never again. It’s only been one day and my nail already popped off this place is a joke.

The guy was on his phone, yelling at the other people, and very rough. He didn’t do what I asked and they are very uneven (they look way better in the picture), he also charged me $70 when my friend who got more details on hers only paid $60. My friends nails are extremely chunky and only look good because a girl took over for hers. There were nail clippings all over the chairs and tables and the work space was a mess. There was nail polish all around my cuticles and he didn’t trim them properly. I don’t recommend going there at all and if you do ask for a girl.

I have been coming to Tu to have my nails done for nearly 2 years. I call her my magician. I have been known to drive hundreds of miles just to have Tu do my patriotic nails. I go all over the country in a patriotic costume. The work she does is absolute perfection. I love everyone at City Nails. Had everyone that works here do my manis and pedis and have always been very happy.

I wanted short coffin nails. The nails i got are not even really coffin shaped, and my mom got her toes done, and they are litterally so bumpy, and all over her skin. Also there is polish all over my fingers too.

I requested pedicure and the tech tech assigned to me did a poor job. He scraped my heel raw because he wasn’t paying attention. The tech at the next station had to explain it and tell him what he to needed to do even though I tried to stop him. My heel was bleeding and I can still hardly walk on it. I’ll never go back.
