I am very disappointed with my visit to city nails today. I have been many many times before and have always loved my nails after. However this experience was completely different. I left the salon with acrylic all over my fingers and hands. They didn’t touch my cuticles and left them a complete mess. They also did not even wipe my nails down after I was finished. They shape of them are all over the place. They don’t look at all how I asked for them. For 75$ I should have gotten what I had asked for. I would like to say I would return again but after this experience i’m not sure I will. It was the older man that did my nails. I hope that city nails can fix this issue and fix these for me the way they were originally supposed to look.

Best family owned nail spa! Great mani and pedicures, great wax services! My wife and I go once a month! I just get a pedicure but my wife gets the works! Professional and clean! We don’t go anywhere else!!!! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to city nails for over 10 years. While we were building our home here I’d still wait until I got back to Boone to get my nails done. For consistency, quality superior nails THIS IS THE PLACE! If you’re ready to treat yourself to something special just ask TIM to do some of his creative hand drawn designs that just come right off the top of his head (he does requests too I just like when he freestyles). BEST NAIL SALON EVER

I am a frequent customer of City Nails over the past 2 years. I always receive excellent customer service every time I enter the door. This amazing family business always greets you and is very accommodating with your design requests. This afternoon I asked for a Disney Halloween theme and they did not disappoint. This shop is the only place in Boone that I trust with my nails.
