My overall experience here was wonderful. I was seated as soon as I came in by Candy. She immediately went to working diligently on my nails making sure to file and clean my nails correctly. I explained what I wanted and even had pictures. Candy along with her sister Melissa who stepped in to do my nail art understood the assignment. I was very pleased with the final results. It was only when it came time to pay that caught me off guard. I was quoted 1 price but was told to pay a larger amount. It was only a 5 dollar difference but it was the principle of changing and not keeping your word.

I was in VA visiting family and needed to get my nails done. I found City Nails via a Google search. They were very polite when I called to schedule my appointment. Kayla did a fabulous job on my nails. She paid close attention to details to ensure my nail design was flawless. I will definitely be going back!!!

I have visited this nail salon twice and Kayla was my nail technician and she was absolutely beautiful down to earth. She does beautiful nails and her work last for 3 1/2 weeks +plus! This time I got the magnet cat eye nails (money green) they are so beautiful! Thank me later ask for Kayla & please book ahead because she’s always booked! Thanks Kayla
