The reason they get one star, is because Vicki is truly talented!! Not taking that away but, her Attitude honey, let me tell you first off maybe you are confused I’m the customer that brings you the money which interns allow you to have a business It’s not the other way around. She is one nasty person. She’s rude, short, and disrespectful I guess because she knows being nasty to one isn’t stopping anything. That makes her think that she can talk to you or treat you however she feels but that’s not the way it goes,, but us Black people cant stop giving their money to people that just don’t like us!!!! It’s black owned & other businesses that’s equally good if not better with much better attitude, customer service & respect. I can’t be the only one🤷🏽♀️

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Initially, everything seemed fine during my pedicure, but I was dismayed to discover that the technician applied polish over a cracked nail. When I asked for it to be fixed, instead of removing the polish and applying an overlay, she filed down my toenail, leaving it noticeably different from the others. While mistakes can happen, it’s crucial for businesses to acknowledge and take ownership of the situation. However, the owner seemed more interested in deflecting blame by asking rhetorical questions instead of addressing the real issue at hand.
I cannot and will not recommend this establishment.

I would never come back..they not friendly, unprofessional, charge way to much, they mess my nails up, then I had to wait extremely long time to pay

I was on time with my appointment. When I arrived the chemical smell was unbearable. Needed a mask just to walk in. Than i was told i had to wait 30 mins. With an appointment. The gentleman was very kind, yet the lady wasn’t. He said he would push back clients for me.. she said in her native language. No! No means no in all languages

This is my second time getting a pedicure here. Angel did a great job the first time. This time, I had a man. They were both very attentive, not rushed, and took their time and did an amazing job, especially the man. The salon was clean and inviting. I’ll probably go back again.
