I’ve been going here for years to get acrylics and chrome nails- I love the entire staff. They do a great job, are friendly and funny & always have a 100 on their score next to their license on the wall.

I went on August 11th, I don’t know the name of the lady that did my nails but she was fairly young. I asked for coffin, she didn’t tell me until after she finished my nails that she wasn’t going to do coffin. She sighed continuously while doing my nails, would stop to text back for more than just a few seconds, saw that she had messed up one of my nails, tried to file it for barely 30 seconds and just told me that i need to try to be more careful… right. She wasn’t blatantly rude or anything, just looked like she didn’t care to be there. I usually always go to Cindy’s for my nails but I’ll definitely be switching where I go

have been getting my nails done since 2010. I go between here and another salon. I love the staff Cindy always is super funny and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately for me going there for so long since moving here years ago I felt taken advantage of. While the nails looked great they charged me again even though I just got my nails done three days prior because five popped off within that time. One lady does wonderful work she straightened up an issue I was having with old acrylics on my big toes but informed me she could not paint them or scrub my feet from cracking I’m on my feet all day which was understandable due to damage. The issue lies with her not being able to even do my pedicure or toe polish but still charging me for the full service. In total I spent two trips and over 125 bucks for clipping toenails and cutting cuticles and repaying for my nails to be fixed that were already paid for. As much as I love the salon they don’t have any recognition for loyal customers and I won’t be back. I went to another salon after that my feet were properly done and feel and look so much better and were helpful on giving me products that would help my feet.

I went to Cindy’s, for the first time, today. I was very happy with the service, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return.

I had acrylics on when I got there and wanted to remove them and try dip powder. I was excited until the nail tech literally started prying off my acrylics, which was not only very uncomfortable but pretty much destroyed my natural nails. I thought it was nails 101 to not do that. I wore the dip powder (which was bubbly) for a couple weeks and just decided to soak it off with acetone at home. The picture I shared is what they look like now. I’m disappointed because people I know spoke very highly of this salon.
