I usually love it here I recommend it to all my friends and we always go together but this time my nails were so rushed and not what I asked for. I was so disappointed, I showed a reference photo of a white French tip and was given a solid white nail. I understand this could’ve been a miscommunication on my end but even the solid white nail was bad. The pointer finger was completely crooked and crust was stuck all under my fingers. Usually I wouldn’t mind but because I rarely get my nails done and this was for a really big event I very really upset.

My first time here was incredible! The whole staff was friendly and Jackie is amazing. The environment is so relaxing and welcoming. I love my nails, Jackie suggested the design and I never had it before but I am in love. Their prices are also super reasonable and so worth it. This is the only place I’ll be going to from now on. 😻

I didn’t want to do this but the salon has brought this upon themselves. I went last Friday with a friend of mine to get our nails done. We both got a manicure as well as a pedicure. Both which were subpar. They were done at the same time and rushed. The gel polish top coat was a dark gray and there were bubbles. Not only that but, several of my nails were left sticky. I was unhappy. As was my friend. Same issues. One of the employees was also speaking about me in a rude manner in their native tongue, which luckily, my friend understood. I called to see if we could both have our nails fixed. I was told yes and to come back next day. We come back the next day and both of us ended up changing the colors due to the issues. $18 for her and $36 for me. TO CHANGE THE COLOR. Left the salon with nails even worse than before. My friends nails were also worse. The nail “tech” burned my nail beds, cut my cuticles, and destroyed my nails. She did the same to my friend. AND, left us both with an infection. I called again once I got home to ask for a refund and was promptly denied. They don’t do refunds. Final sale. Nowhere on their website, Facebook Page, Store, Business Card, or even receipt does it say no refund/final sale. They offered to fix it again free of charge but this time, it had been done twice and both times were horrible. I didn’t want to give them another chance I wanted my money back. I ended up going into the store to ask for a refund after waiting on a call back that clearly wasn’t going to happen. Jackie was disrespectful. He gaslit me and called my character into question. Meanwhile, he is rolling his eyes, scoffing, sighing, and just being down right unprofessional. Refusing a refund. He said that his reviews and rating speak for themselves but little does anyone know, they ask people to review while they are sitting in front of them. Most of these reviews were somewhat forced and, these individuals who review are offered 10% off every visit if you just review which is, buying reviews if you ask me. I will not be going back. I will not be recommending this salon. I’ve lived in Jonesboro for about 17 years now. I’ve been to every nail salon here, that was here. I have been given a refund a couple of times and if you really care about the customer or your work speaks for itself, you wouldn’t be so defensive and rude.

Great service! They care about you being satisfied with your individual needs and the pedicures are very relaxing. Several small little details that make the nail experience better than others shops.
