I went 3 weeks ago with Melissa and I thought I was in the hands of professionals but no, on the contrary I burned my hair from the roots now I have broken hair and pieces without hair, it is the worst service they have given me. Not even the color I asked for, I suppose because of the prices and the place it seems like they have professional people but no and now I have to wait for my hair to recover. One of her classmates noticed and didn’t say anything, I just helped her so that I wouldn’t notice, anyway I thought a lot about leaving this comment but I really don’t want it to happen to anyone else because it seriously depresses me a lot when I see my hair so damaged!

I was hoping to come here for spa services. But I find this “pink tax” truly galling in 2024. Just because it’s legal doesn’t make it right. Stylists need to quit charging women almost double by default.

Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I have went there to get my hair done multiple times now and will keep going back to Shell!!! It’s nice to have a good variety of products to choose from when restocking my products for home also.
