Basic gel manicure. Messy and unprofessional job.
Edit: I appreciate the response and the offer to rectify the situation, however I still have some concerns I would like to share.

The service provided by your team was unprofessional. A certain level of expertise and attention to detail is expected, especially when it comes to basic services like nail painting. Unfortunately, my nails were left with gel polish adhered to my skin and cuticles, which is not only unsightly but also uncomfortable.
I genuinely question whether the technician who performed my manicure is properly licensed. Basic nail painting is a fundamental skill for any nail technician, and the fact that my nails were not properly done raises concerns about their qualifications. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to worry about the competence of the staff.
While I appreciate the offer to fix the manicure, I wonder how the same team that provided subpar service initially is equipped to correct it. I would accept a full refund as amends.
I left your salon feeling extremely disappointed, and embarrassed I paid for the “service.” I sincerely hope that improvements can be made to prevent similar experiences for other customers, but I will not return to this salon, and I strongly advise others to not waste their time or money.

The first two pictures are what I got the second two pictures are what I asked for but instead of them being coffin and shape I wanted them square I asked the woman doing my nails at least 10 times if she could do what I wanted and she continuously said yes yes yes yes I got there at 6:20 I called before because I saw they close at seven, she told me to still come I have never had somebody rush through my nails as fast as she did. I still have the acrylic all over my fingers peeling it off. So you can clearly In the third and fourth picture there are gems which is what I wanted and what she told me that she could do and before this, she also grabbed my phone and took a picture of what I wanted on her phone And she kept zooming in on her phone to look at the picture if you are a nail artist, and you can’t tell the difference between gems and a silver sparkly line, I think there’s a problem so now, when it gets time to do the gems, her coworker now has half of the lights off in the building and at this point, I was so frustrated. She had taken out the silver sparkly nail polish and started doing that on My nails, you could completely tell that they just wanted to get out of there. They didn’t care to do what I asked for so when we are done, she tries to charge me $75. I said I’m sorry, but I’m not paying that. You didn’t do what I asked for. There’s no gems on my nails. There’s no reason for this to be $75 so she ended up going down to $65. And said well, why didn’t you tell me? I said excuse me I told you 1 million times you had the picture right in front of you. You kept zooming into it. You could clearly see that that is gems not nail polish. And when I walked in, I see some really bad reviews online, but I’m gonna give you guys a chance Well, that is the last chance that they will be getting from me!!!!!!!!! Please don’t go there. Don’t give them your business and don’t make the same mistake that I did! I PAID 65$$ for this!!!!!! When on their website a full set is $40 so I paid $25 for this paint job!!!!! I just can’t believe how unprofessional This woman was and her little friend!

My daughter and I came in a couple of weeks ago to get full sets/gel nails. We returned today, and got fills, and I got nail designs. They had a lot of designs to choose from, and a great choice of Christmas stickers. The salon is nice and clean. It’s neat. The ladies are nice. The prices are great, very fair. We will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you so much for taking care with our nails!

I have gone everywhere locally for my nails. Although there are some salons that I find aesthetically nicer, no one does my nails like Nita here at Chloe nails. She is super detailed, meticulous and really makes sure that you get exactly what you want. I recently went to another local salon and had my dip nails chipping within days. This never happens from Chloe Nails. Their product and techs make it so my nails last the entire time which is usually about 2.5 weeks. Again, this isn’t the best looking salon, but if you can get beyond the no frills, this is the best place in the area.

I went in yesterday afternoon and explained that I just moved to town and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I was seated right away because no one else was there getting their nails done.. it was not busy. During the time the nail tech was doing my nails she was consistently on and off her phone. I left with smudges of black polish half way up my fingers. My cuticles have nail polish all over and some spots on my nails are missing polish. Some of my nails are at an angle and puffy/ uneven from the gel. When I got home I had to use nail polish remover to get the smudges off of my fingers/ cuticle line. I’m not impressed or happy with the service that I paid for.
