They’re short staffed, came in at 3 and they asked me to come at 4 which I did. My hands look gorgeous. Love them! My feet in the other hand, were just a change of color but they wouldn’t want to clean the sides of the nails without me paying for a pedicure which I agreed to but in order to get it I would’ve needed to wait another 40 minutes. It’s 5:47 so I’ve been here for 2 hrs getting my service. This became a time suck. Waaaay too long of a wait for everything. Overall, good job.

I had to come here & update my review to 5 stars because i called & expressed my dissatisfaction. Nikki redid my gel French on my toes & Noodle did an amazing job reshaping my nails to my liking. I felt like they really wanted to make it right. I highly recommend their business & i will return.

Who does the nails they post on Instagram in this shop? I’m tired of wasting my money trying to figure it out. I had a terrible experience yesterday. The guy with the tattoos doesn’t know how to do pedicures he didn’t get any of the excess skin around my toes & he couldn’t do a deep curve French tip. The lines were crooked & he blamed it the fact my toe nail was chipped. My toe nail is fine in fact the lady asked me if it was fake that’s how good of a foundation it is. I asked for an airbrush design slim square shape design on my nails instead i got fat white hump nails that look like chalk. The airbrush process was messy & texture wasn’t smooth so i had it removed. This was a FAIL FAIL FAIL

Always been my go to place whenever I need to get nails done. The atmosphere and people there make you feel warm and welcoming. The place is clean, and price is reasonable and fair comparing to other places that I’ve been to. Trust me, they’re actually pay attention to detail. They’re even do waxing and eyelashes. Highly recommend this place if you need a great nail design.

I read the reviews before going and expected great services. I walked in and was greeted. I was also serviced very quickly. The lady was patient while I looked for my color. I can admit I was pretty indecisive. But she was patient and assisted. I was solely getting a manicure. She did my cuticles and cut THREE of my fingers. Two of the cuts were so bad that they wouldn’t stop bleeding after 10 minutes of us trying. She noticed the bleeding wouldn’t stop and offered to put nail glue on my finger. I declined. I was provided with an bandaid. One of my fingers bled through the bandaid. I’ve never had this happened. The best part of it all was they charged me!! Yes, I still had to pay for the service even with 3 bleeding fingers. She offered “50% off” but I’m a business owner and it should’ve been free. Safe to say I won’t be returning.
