This the worst “mani” “pedi” I’ve ever received ! They had mh feet in cold water for all of 1 minute. No massage no lotion for both. Paid 195 dollars for regular service but charge you $20 extra for gel! Told the lady that is not a pedicure or a manicure it’s basically a color changed she got very rude and disrespectful! The towel they wiped my leg with stunk like dog. Do not go here they do not have good customer service. I had nice nails now they’re short and all different lengths

just got my nails done today. it was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had. I dont know the name of the lady who did my nails but she paid super close attention to detail and was constantly checking to see if I was satisfied with my nails. Important to note, unfortunately they dont do ombre nails. but overall, super happy with the service provided to me.

Kim does great nails! I’ve been to her a few times now and have been impressed every visit. Most recently I had waited over 30 days between fills and I had NO lifting! She asks a lot of questions and makes sure you get the shape and length you want. I have gotten one pedicure here as well and was pleased. I’ve tried quite a few nail salons in Sacramento and will continue to go see Kim at Charming Nails.

This is a great place for a mani/pedi. Friendly and courteous staff treat you like you are a 5-star salon client. I have tried a number of manicurists in Sacramento and this one is the best most cost effective location around. With an appointment there is free parking and no waiting.
