My mom referred this place to me this morning and I was able to get an appointment for 2pm, when I called at 1pm! Very clean, smells
amazing, and is very relaxing. Charlie did my full set UV nails and they came out perfect! He’s extremely detail oriented and puts a lot of effort into your nails. The massage and hand massage was great. I’m really big on shape and my nail beds are kind of wide, so I like my nails narrow, which he did an excellent job on. Thank you Charlie!

All right I know this review is pretty late but I’ve just had a lot of stuff going on but I took the photos right after the appointment and I had this done back in September so I don’t even think the the girl who did my nails is still there but it was my first time going. I honestly only went here just because I’m having a rough Financial time and the normal lady I go to she only accepts cash. But this place had a nice review, and I had a wedding I needed to go to as a bridesmaid and they accepted card so I made an appointment. Was fairly easy, the site looked nice, was a fairly nice looking place. I also really much enjoyed the kind of pedicures Day offer like specific sense or specific like massages or whatever that they do for you with a pedicure and also a manicure. From the girl who was set to do my nails was brand new she was supposedly there for a trial run and it it was a nice experience I enjoyed her as a person she was really friendly we enjoyed talking you know it was it was a really pleasant experience. That was until I was looking at my nails while I went to the pedicure Park cuz they did the manicure first. Right off the bat they didn’t have a sparkly black color which I’ve been to multiple salons throughout the years and that’s a pretty normal kind of color like a basic color you kind of have but this place didn’t have it so we ended up finding a kind of glittery over base and the idea was to put the black underneath as the base and then add like the glitter on top. My previous salon lady would do it no problem no issues with that come out absolutely gorgeous. Well they did it and as you can see it’s kind of a weird kind of glitter it’s not necessarily like a a glittery coat but it has a bunch of like weird shapes added on like something a child would probably have on and I didn’t really notice it because it was a little bit darker but I could see like the glittering so I was like okay yeah that’s fine but as she was doing my nails they do dry cuticle cut offs they don’t wet it up they don’t scrape it or at least she didn’t and if you look at the photos like that was literally right after it was already a disaster my fingers didn’t feel or look even close to being clean and it was honestly a really big disappointment along with the shaping of the nails and of course throughout the entire interaction I went over and reconfirmed certain things as far as shape feeling the process and again the girl was nice I really really enjoyed her but the shaping the texture the way it was all layered was just really off along with that it took forever. It took like at least an hour and a half for my nails to be done and that’s usually for both parts. Now that wasn’t the end of it because I still have my pedicure and that was going pretty smoothly I mean super relaxing really enjoyed it it was honestly a really good experience at that point the water was nice and warm the scent was beautiful the special they have like a plastic for your gloves to put in when you’re manicures done and it’s just like a really nice smelling lotion and it makes your hands so soft and then for your depending the kind of pedicure you want you choose like a scent and stuff and they they do that wrap it up nice warm towel absolutely amazing love it will probably get this place another chance however I need a moment because the lady who did my pedicure was different than the one who did my manicure and she was more experienced she’s been there for a while but she still managed to overly cut my cuticle on my toe and it hasn’t healed for like a month and a half and it hurt a lot I know that’s generally an accident you know we’re human mistakes happen just with the overall first experience and how expensive it was only for me to have to go just a few days later to get it redone was just very disappointing. I like the concept the interior was really nice they have a lot of workers they seem to have a lot of customers you know the booking was really easy it was a really good setup but the entire visit was not worth it. I had to get my nails redone.

I’ve been to charming nails twice, and so far I have no complaints! The salon is very clean, they take their time and thoroughly do a good job! Staff is very nice and professional. The last time I went I saw Helen and she took her time and gave me a great gel manicure! I would definitely recommend going here!

It is nice to have a place near me that is all new and updated does not smell like chemicals and is so sanitary. It feels very luxurious but the prices are super reasonable. This will be my new regular spot…Helen was great too!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!! They did an amazing job with my nails. They took their time and put so much effort and care into my nails. The facility was extremely clean and you can actively see them open the new tool packaging before they use it on your nails. It’s a nice quiet place to relax and get your nails done. I would definitely recommend it here.
