Our girl dates are always so much fun at Chao!! But yesterday i arrived 25 minutes early and my friend wasn’t there yet, i said i wanted to wait for her and meanwhile i was thinking ok i can decide what color i want etc etc. As soon as I sit Tien, my nail technician came (he is amazing btw) and started to style my nails. I said i want to wait my friend, he said ok and continues, the other guy came and i said for the third time i want to wait for my friend 😂 because it’s the fun part you know, you gossip and chitchat while your nails done, but no, they didn’t let me wait for my friend i really don’t know why tho 😅 i was so frustrated and called my friend to hurry 😅 i like my nails for sure but it was a weird experience.

I have my favorite found my nail salon in Nashville AND favorite nail artist! Moon at Chao does incredible work and makes you feel at home all at the same time. Before going here, I never liked getting my nails done because it was always so awkward and the work was never like I expected. Going here, I know that there is no doubt in my mind that my nails will be amazing when I leave! Thank you Moon for spoiling me with your amazing ability!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Chao Nails today. Both of our nail techs were kind and did a fabulous job. Lily’s massage was perfect! The parking was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the salon was clean. We will be back!

5 stars! As someone who doesn’t love the process of getting their nails done (but is fully committed to going every 3 weeks🫠) Chao is the most comfortable and easy going setting. No harsh smells and always a great environment. Kaylee is my absolute favorite and can seriously do no wrong! I always leave my appointment feeling great and my nails looking even better than I anticipate! I share with her what kind of color I’m looking for when I arrive and she always has the perfect suggestions. She will never steer you wrong and is always so consistent in her work. And order the iced coffee, it’s delish 🙂

I absolutely LOVE this salon, I’ve been coming here consistently for over a year now and I am always so pleased with the service and the outcome! Dylan gives FABULOUS pedicures, he really takes his time and pays attention to detail. Hannah is my nail artist and truly does it all, from simple and clean nails to fun and quirky! We always have the best chats. Titi and Tien are also both amazing. If I’m running late, I give the salon a quick call and they accommodate for me within reason! I recommend being mindful of what you’re booking — they do charge extra for cut down and reshaping, as many luxury salons do! But if you’re ever confused about what they are charging you for, they provide itemized receipts and are so kind if you just ask for clarification. If you want nail art, be sure to include that in your booking so they make time for it! They truly are my favorite salon I’ve ever been to. When you stop in, order the iced coffee (trust me!)
