I wish I could give a 0 star.. I sat in the chair for 3 hours , all they do is talk like it’s recess and the nail tech had no idea what she was doing .. my nails started falling off after less than 2 weeks and my actual finger nail is damaged .. I was initially excited about it being a black establishment but my experience was horrible disappointing. I will never go back

I went in literally around 4:30 p.m. or 5 o’clock p.m. TODAY and had a manicure and a gel pedicure done and my total including tip of $4.00 was $93.00. When. I went in I asked for the nail tech Wendy that I have been pleased with for my last 2 visits but was told she was out on vacation until July 5th so I decided to give another nail technician the opportunity since I had a good experience with her and I needed my nails done for a event. I assumed everyone should be well qualified and trained to give the customer what they asked for. I asked the lady for a gel manicure and she told me she could only do clear polish (I’m assuming because the length of my nails because they are short currently) and I asked for a gel pedicure which she proceeded to do! Once done I sat at the drying station for my nails and toes to dry for 5 mins like she said. My toes should have been dry because it was a gel pedicure and should not chip/ or peel off. I wore flip flops home. At 9:50 p.m. my toe nail polish on my right 2nd toe had completely peeled off and my pinky nail polish is coming off. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE especially after I left a tip and paid the amount of money I did today !!!. Being a manager of a business myself this needs to be addressed and discussed with staff and I would appreciate if I could have my service done over since this happened hours after my service and you are currently closed. When there isn’t a email or person/manage to communicate with when customer service issues arise it appears that you are just out for the money and not happy returning customers. I have attached my receipt from TODAY with this post! I look forward from hearing back from management.
I have to post and say I appreciate the lady doing my toes over the following morning! Very nice of her. Hopefully next time this doesn’t happen to the next person. Thank you!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I sent my daughter in to ask for the wait time for 2 pedicures. One of the guys says it “won’t take long”. I allowed my daughter to wait while I went to my car. I came back in and noticed my daughter hair been started. The tech working on my daughter waved me over. I sat down, took off my shoes, and waited at a bowl with no plastic or water. After about 20 minutes I placed my shoes back on. The tech helping my daughter spoke in their language to her neighbor and they both began to laugh. I immediately reminded them that I was there to be seen as well and not just there to keep the seat warm. The same guy I asked about the two pedicures came and asked me if I wanted a pedicure. Lmao! I told him I did but obviously that’s not possible. I also explained that my daughter was half way finished with hers and that this was supposed to be something we are doing together. I will not return and no longer refer clients to this establishment. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Disregard for people WILLING to spend their money here.

I came in because my nails from a nail tech I went to were falling & the overall shape was pretty bad. This is how I left, I will definitely be returning because they left my nails looking flawless! They’re smooth & sleek, simple but they paid attention to every detail!

Terrible!! They over charge for no reason and the service was horrible and customer service is definitely not up to par. I only went because they were the only place opened in Labor Day. I will don’t make that mistake again. Less than 30 minutes from leaving the salon, at least 3 jewels fell off already.
