I am legitimately appalled by the completely rude and disrespectful service I received at this salon with Erin and Aliza. I was poorly greeted by the receptionist named Hailey for an appointment I had scheduled and she promptly dismissed my request to attend my scheduled appointment, stating that I wasn’t on the schedule. After I informed her I had taken time out of my day for the appointment she rolled her eyes. I then informed her that she was being unprofessional and rude and requested for her to not roll her eyes at me. She then tried to renege on her discourteous initial remarks, only to see that the salon had made a clerical error and rolled her eyes at me AGAIN. She came up with a fabricated story to tell her supervisor in an attempt to cover up her poor customer service skills informing them I had yelled at her when I most certainly did not. The next day I received a text and requested that I no longer be allowed to have appointments at this salon. My stylist Aliza or Erin didn’t even call to get my side of the story, nor did they return my request for a call back.
I have been a loyal and courteous customer at this salon for over 3 years with Aliza and Erin where I have spent thousands, but I will happily take my business to a different salon and stylist that actually cares, respects, has loyalty, and appropriates customer service to their clients. I recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to get their hair done to find a more professional place of business with integrity to spend their money.

Aliza at Chameleon Hair Design is hands down the best hair stylist in the business. I actually enjoy going in to get my hair done. All of the ladies are very friendly and courteous. If you’re looking for great quality service, plus great company, look no further!
