Walked in on a holiday. I had appointment scheduled for a different day elsewhere but since I was in town already for a few things I figured I’d give them a try!
Prices are reasonable. Very friendly. They said they just gained ownership 2 weeks ago so are trying to change things around! The husband was cleaning the entire time we were there! And my nails turned out just how I asked! She asked me several times if they were OK and if I asked her to fix something (literally only needed one corner a little more rounded) she happily fixed it! Will definitely be returning again!

I went here the Saturday before Christmas to get some cute Xmas nails because it was close and convenient. (Not my first visit, I usually get the male, who isn’t super friendly but he isnt rude) My regular nail place is across town. However, the older lady that waited on me, Saturday, was thee rudest nail technician I have ever encountered in my life! (I wish i would’ve gotten her name) Not only was she very grumpy she was rough as well. When she would finish one hand she would just shove my hand off to the side! I asked for a simple snowman and she said she couldn’t do it! 🙄 She did NOT do a good job and my nail chipped 3 days later! Please do not waste your time or money to be treated poorly when you’re spending good money for a nice experience as well as quality work. This lady is the reason I will never be back!

I had a very nice experience at Char Nails & Spa. The owner opened early for me and was kind and professional. They have new massage pedicure chairs which were very nice. I would highly recommended.

I decided to try a new nail salon in town. The prices were so overpriced where I normally go they do the Firewalker pedi for $50 here they charge 75! The chairs were really old and the towel they used on me was all dirty. I really didn’t appreciate some of their signs/descriptions. They have on their walk in and out pedi that they don’t want complaints!!! They also have a sign saying there’s a fee if you use your debit card and if you don’t agree you can use the atm. I will prob won’t be going back!!!
