Not only did they not shape my nails right, they were suppose to be coffin not square, the polish is bubbled up and peeling after just a couple of hours of getting them done. I got 2 pedicures and one full set and was charge $213 for this. Definitely didn’t get what I paid for. Will not return and do not recommend.

Kelly was so accommodating we went for a Team Bonding event and she stayed open for us!! Her entire team is IMPRESSIVE we will be using her for future events!! They have massagers built into their waiting room chairs that look like they are fit for a Queen/King!! We had to pick our jaws up off the floor because of how blown away we were! From the service you recieve to how beautiful it is! Your immediately greeted and offered to choose your color ,then offered beverages all while being pampered to the max! Thank you so much Cha Nails 2!! You guys are the absolute best!

The ladies at cha today were very kind and welcoming people, They were also patient with us. The lady who worked on my friends nails, I believe her name was sue, I maybe mistaken, but she did a fabulous job on the nails, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to do their nails professionally!! She was a very sweet and quiet lady, and I thank her for a very good experience! 10/10 would go back!!

They said they couldn’t do white and pink powder on my nails- but I have to replace the glue ones, or have the white painted on- then the pedicure looked like the pic below… the massage chairs don’t work also. Never going back.

I came into the salon by Academy on Saturday, June 8. Although they were quite busy, I asked if I would possibly be able to get a pedicure quickly since I had an appt within the hour, and I did also explain that I totally understood if they would not be able to accommodate my request since it was my error in time management. The young lady at the front desk said, “No problem! Pick your color!” I sat down with, Tammy, my nail specialist, and she was FABULOUS! She was friendly, worked away quickly, and had me out at the time we agreed upon, and she did a great job on top of that! I will be back! Thanks to everyone for working me in quickly, but especially Tammy for offering me such fast, friendly service for my toes!
