If I could give less than one star I would – I NEVER write reviews but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had and I hope I can save some of you from wasting your money. I went in for my appointment and they had me wait 20 minutes before they were ready for me. I’m very easy-going though so I just brushed it off and went in for my simple acrylic nail fill. The overall experience was OK. The young lady doing my nails scowled at me the whole time and did not say a word. I tried to make some lighthearted conversations but she just rolled her eyes. So we went back to uncomfortable silence, or me listening to her talk to the receptionist. Because she did not have to do any shaping or trimming because I liked my current length and nail shape (easy right?), the overall look was nice. Literally all she had to do was do the fill and paint the nails. That night I noticed something weird about my nails – they were starting to look a little wavy and bubbly. I thought nothing of it until the next day where my nails started lifting and falling apart. I have never seen acrylic nails do this! Either their product was cheap and old, or she doesn’t know how to do them properly. Anyways, here I am on day four of these nails. The paint has lifted completely, leaving me with this ugly look. What a waste of money!!! It is a rare treat for me to get my nails done and to spend my hard earned money on their overpriced fill was insult enough – now I’m left with ugly nails and I couldn’t be more disappointed😭

I had an awful experience at this place. The staff was dirty, impolite, and frankly, acted quite stupidly. One of the workers didn’t change her gloves after touching people’s shoes, which is extremely unhygienic. She even dropped equipment on the ground and didn’t bother to replace it with clean items.

I asked her ten times for a pink color, but she repeatedly brought me black. When I reminded her again, she just laughed and joked about it with her friend. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I moved to this area recently and I went to this salon about a month ago to get a manicure and pedi. The service was not good! The girl who did my dip powder didn’t speak a word and when i showed her the color I wanted on my phone she did something else. She didnt clean my cuticles or had me wash my hand before applying the powder. The pedicure was worse! They did really bas job filing the toenails and the color was bumpy and uneven. I ended up going back after couple
Of days to have them fix it. On the second visit i wanted to use the bathroom before i left and a minute in, this young girl is knocking on the door so loud that I thought something had happened only to come out to see her giving me a side eye! Like what kind of service is this?! Im only giving 2 stars because the older lady who makes the appointment was nice to take me in again to fix my pedicure.

I’ve been to multiple nail salons in the valley & this place is by far the best! Not only are they very clean but the staff is always friendly.

They are a bit pricey but worth every penny. This has been my go to salon for the past year. And I can honestly say I’ve been satisfied with every service I have received.

Had a 1:30 pm appt for a dip power with extentions and we asked if they can use the dip powder as they would use the acrylic and we’re told no problem.
Got a call at 12:40 saying that the 1pm canceled and to come in earlier. We did…. only to have to wait until 1:27pm to be seen. Then, once we get situated, and I again explain what I want, dip powder to used as acrylic (and we showed a video to explain) was told yes, no problem.. and guess what, there was a problem. Long story short, I had them remove the mess she had created, tipped her 6 bucks for her time and walked out.
If you’re going for a regular mani/pedi knock yourself out. They’re great. Anything else, I would thread lightly and confirm that they can do it and not waste your time.
