I wasn’t gonna write a review because as a business owner it sucks. But I work so hard and self care is hard for me with a business working 7 days a week and 3 kids. I arrived a little early I was in the waiting room for a little over 30 minutes past my appointment. My husband booked me a 3 hour appointment and I was jipped by 30 minutes of it which wasn’t my fault because I was on time. As far as the massage it was good but it all just seemed rushed. Then I had to listen to unnecessary drama from the staff in the front for 30 min. It just added more stress to my day. Because you don’t get what you paid for.

In the past, I’ve had good experiences at Cedar Stone. My mother and I were given gift certificates for Mother’s Day and had scheduled to get pedicures together. However, when we arrived one of the two technicians was sick, so we rescheduled our pedicures. Today, at our re-scheduled appointment, the same second technician was over 20 mins late and we had to cancel again. What a disappointment.

Wow. Can’t believe I’ve lived near this place for years and didn’t come here sooner. Dylan was professional, and extremely talented. Selected deep out of the light/medium/deep options on the check-in paperwork and he was able to give a fantastic deep massage, quickly finding and taking care of the tension in my back and shoulders. The pressure was perfect, and he checked with me part way through to make sure the pressure was correct. Very good at making you feel comfortable as well, which I appreciated as I hadn’t had a professional massage before.

Room was clean and relaxing and I have 0 complaints. 30 minute therapeutic massage was a great introduction to the capabilities of this place, and I will definitely be back for a longer one soon. Really impressed with what he was able to accomplish in only 30 minutes. 10/10 experience.

Disappointed!
I was traveling from out of town. I had an appointment at 12:45 and 1:55 with Kearee. I was running late so I called but to no avail, no one answered. I arrived there at 1:04 and was told that Kearee went to lunch because she thought I wasn’t coming. The front desk Lady told me my 1:55 appointment was cancelled as well. So disappointing! I was told to come back at 3:10 for my next massage service. I just cancelled that as well. Last time I was here I brought my husband and my in-laws. I will NEVER come here again.

I’ve been here a few times and are pleased with options, availability and pricing, but I’m always shocked at how much the practitioners talk. My last massage made it clear I couldn’t go here anymore – she talked about work and money the whole time, even after I said I was stressed about those two topics specifically! I go to relax… not talk about work.
