After waiting for 15 minutes, the lady had just finished working on a foot massage and without washing her hands or wearing gloves, she begin working on my nails. The table was full of nail dust, and the lady wore no gloves. The equipment was unsanitary and full of nail dust and other people’s dry skin. When I told the lady that she picked the wrong color on my nails, she got mad, and began mumbling to herself in a foreign language, even though the polish she already put on wasn’t even dry, and could’ve easy been removed. The shape I asked for was nothing like what I got. I asked for a rounded nail and got pointy sharp nails instead. I was very disappointed with the service I got, and the price in the end was not justified and was very expensive. I would not recommend coming to this nail studio if you plan on doing anything more than just a simple gel. The same thing happened to my friend, who was taken care of by a different nail lady. Both of us are really disappointed with the end results that we got, and do not plan on coming
I will, however, say that The lady who welcomed us was nice, but the other one was not nice at all.
