Got a gel pedicure and dip manicure. 4 days later there was cracks in my nails and the one was chipping so I went back and Vince tried to fix it for me as he was finishing up you could see ridges all over my nails there were uneven and not shiny they looked horrible and the one thumb wasn’t the same color as the others it was much lighter than the other nails he did the blue dip on one hand and white dip on the other hand which didn’t make sense, as he was filing down my nails it hurt so bad I had to tell him it hurt. I’ve never experienced that. At the end of getting my nails done all he said was that they used bad products and he was throwing them away. Fast forward to a few days later and I have lots of chipped cracked nails and also peeling at the top. I always get dip done to my nails and I’ve never experienced this before. I paid so much for these and they didn’t even last a few days. Upsetting. I won’t be returning back here.

I visited Castle Nails & Spa for the first time today. I was a little hesitant reading a couple of recent reviews, but took a chance anyway since they had time for a walk-in & I was on a tight schedule. One of the owners greeted me at check in & offered a beverage. I had a dip mani with TiTi and she was so sweet! She took her time and I’m so very happy with my nails. We had a great conversation bonding over our daughters, too! I wish I lived closer, because I would definitely be booking with TiTi again in the future. I really liked that the manicure instruments came from sterile packaging so I knew their cleanliness was on par. My takeaway is that this place is in a fantastic location, the staff is kind, the services are very reasonably priced for the area, and the comfort and quality are there too! 💗 Thank you, TiTi!

I have to be honest yall, this is THE BEST PEDICURE I’ve ever had! I had the aromatherapy pedicure and I am a changed woman. Not only can my toes twinkle into any party with confidence, but I’m here to tell you that John gives the most incredible massage!! If there was ever a self care item I could choose on a weekly basis, THIS would be it!!! JOHN is AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Go see John and tip him well because he’s worth every cent! I don’t even want to drive him. #inheaven

I’ve been searching for a nail salon that will take care of my natural nails. I decided to give this nail salon a try and I’m so happy I did. Vince was my nail tech and he took time and care with my mani and pedi. He made it a relaxing and true Spa experience for me and now my search for a good nail tech is over.
