Ms. Bea Brown
I would give 0 stars but it makes me pick 1 star, & they definitely don’t even deserve that! Went here for Father’s Day and paid for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. Mine was a fill. The job they done on my nails were absolutely horrible. Went back to see if they could make it right and got told they did a fill to save me money when I clearly told the man if a fill would not work just let me soak them off and do a full set. He said he could do them. He was rushing to do them and had another lady paint the top coat. He knew they were not good at all. I paid and left. Now exactly a week later I got polish coming off and they aren’t smooth, they just look horrible. This is the worst fill I have ever gotten. I’ll never come back here, sad that I’ve gotten a few pedicures here in the past. He had the nerve to tell me to go somewhere else when I went back to tell him. Also argued with me that Father’s Day was a month ago and it was last Sunday. I told him I don’t want ANYTHING but to let you know these nails are horrible!

Nail tech left me sitting in acetone for 40 minutes while he went and catered to everyone else. He was mad because I only came in to take my nails off and not get them done by the salon. They don’t have enough staff and were very unprofessional.

I have been coming to see Kenny for years and before him I saw Theresa, however since he’s been gone I’ve been seeing Amy. This last time I made an appointment at 1, didn’t even get seen until almost 2:30 and then after they did my moms they went and did someone else’s nails before coming back to do mine, well after 3:30 before they ever stared on mine. On top of that this chair was wobbly, and when I went to get up the leg broke off and I fell. I only received an I’m sorry, and even that felt like insincere. They rushed through my nails, they look nothing like what I asked for, never even asked if I liked them. This isn’t the only problems we’ve had with this manager either. When my mom was stabbed with a tool they just put glue on it and went on their way. I can honestly say I have never had worse customer service. After over 4.5 years of coming to this salon I’ll never return.

I typically go to another salon in Abilene for my nails but I came here the day before Thanksgiving because they were the only place open and long story short, I won’t be back. I was there for 2 hours and a guy started my nails, then I sat there, then a lady came and did most of it and then she left for a pedicure and the guy came back and finished it. I asked the lady to cut my nails as short as possible and after going back and forth with her on her idea of short versus what I wanted, I said fine and left it alone. She cut me in 2 spots and wouldn’t stop going over where she cut me even though I told her it hurt. My nails didn’t look the best but they werent horrible and they gave me a discount for the wait. There were gaps between the edges of my nail beds and the dip and my finger ached for days where she cut me. Fast forward to when I went back to my original salon and when they removed the dip that castle did, there was a black fungus growing on 2 of my nails!!!! She said it was from the gaps and where the edges weren’t done correctly, causing them to lift up on the sides and water getting under the dip. Steer away from here! Lesson learned
