Me and my mom came in maybe an hour before they closed. They could have told us to come in the morning and we would have. Anyways the lady that did my nails was rushing. She missed pieces and was sloppy. However she was nice. I overall love the color of my nails; I just wish she would have done better. My mom got her nails done by a lady with brown/black hair. She didn’t tell my mom to wash her hands and was extremely hard on her nails. The lady talked alot and wasn’t paying attention. It’s alot of small bubbles on my mom’s nails. My mom also wanted a matte finish like my nails and they lady spent a couple minutes looking for the matte overlay and she couldn’t find it. My mom got fed up and said it was fine for her to do the shiney. The lady didn’t even sit her nails under the thing to dry. She told her to be careful and we left. I do like the complimentary drinks they have! Overall I’m not sure we would come back.
They take care if the customers so good

Had to come back because my gel toes had peeled off and I had a chip in my thumb. My baby sister got her nails redone and left for her flight this morning. Castle nail bar resolved our issues with no additional charge. Really satisfied with the results – thanks for taking care of us. Happy to change this to a 5-star review.
