The picture says its all , they dont know how to apply a nail polish on the entire nail . The lady on the front is super rude , asked her the color looks different in catalog n different in person and she was quick to say this is what you choose . Laughed behind a customer who came to just take off her color and not tipped. 2 people rush to do everyones nails. Please only go here if you want to waste your money.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience at this place could not have been more horrific. Not only did it take 3 hours to get dip on my nails, and a polish change on my toes, but they were wreckless with their nail tools. I counted six different times that I was cut or my skin was punctured, which is absolutely insane. I can understand once or twice but this continued to happen over and over again and it was not acceptable. Additionally, my sloppy nail job has left me with a bloody pinky and two different colors of paint on my hands…all within 12 hours of my appointment. This was by far the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had in my entire life. On top of that, it cost me nearly $40 more for my services here, than at any of the surrounding area nail salons I usually go to. My total was $110 – for a dip manicure and a polish change on my toes, NO pedicure, just a polish change, which is absolutely bonkers.
I honestly don’t have one positive thing I can say about this place and that’s sad.
Save your time and money, and go anywhere else.

Pretty nice people. Cindy did my nails and I’m satisfied. The only thing is time management. I got there at 1 and didn’t leave until 4:05. I only went in for a set with cat eye nail polish/design. They did have to soak off my previous set as well. How that takes 3 hours I’m unsure other than that great nail place

This place is great, everyone is so friendly and the prices are great compared to other spas. I got a pedicure and one of my nails got messed up the next morning, so I came back and one of the girls helped me and fixed it. So happy with the service and price, I’ll definitely be back.

Don’t go here. Overpriced, not knowledgeable on the basics like preventative ingrown toenail care and pricing. Was told they didn’t specialize in “ingrown toenail care” and another lady had to come over and cut my nails accordingly. Was also told by nail tech that callus removal was $10 extra but when I went to pay the unprofessional lady at the front told me it was $15 and that the sweet girl working on my toes didn’t know the pricing. Not ok!!! I understand being new and having to learn how to do things but claiming it’s not something you specialize in is not acceptable. It’s learned in school so maybe verification of license is needed. Also, not honoring prices told to customer by nail technician is unacceptable. Please educate your staff! If you want to have a successful business with repeat clients. Please do better.
