I honestly have never felt such nasty energy,

I called a head because I have morning sickness and wanted to see if I needed to make an appointment or I could come in the next few hours.

My friend (who said we should try this place) and I arrive an hour and a half after she told me to just walk in.

The receptionist walks backs to where she is clearly doing nails so I don’t mind waiting BUT this woman said “well she said an hour so that is past and gonna have to wait tf” 😯 I couldn’t believe it I even told my friend her hair was pretty before she said that! And than after her and her coworkers whisper and laugh this girl said “I really don’t have to take care of them:

If I could give negative stats I would. You don’t know what people are going through and this was disgusting, you ladies need help.

Keep up the good work Daisy. Thought out all of Johnson City, Daisy is the most dedicated to her job. She is so sweet and caring and she only does what’s best for her customers. You guys aren’t appreciative enough of what she does for the nail salon and for her customers. If you don’t think it’s enough, just walk away without judging. I can’t believe people can be so insensitive!

I got dip powder done on Saturday 3/4 and the next day they started cracking. I had to ask her to take down my cuticles, which she did and then proceeded to put oil on my mail before dipping them. I’m not a nail tech but I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t put oil on a nail before you apply the powder. On 3/8 I called and complained because the “polish” was coming off in chunks. The language barrier makes things difficult. She tried to schedule an appointment for this Saturday when I was telling her I was already in and received a service and it’s terrible. When I told her I wanted my money back she hung up on me. Terrible service, terrible work. Do not go here. Save your time and money.

I’m so proud of this nail salon! You guys shouldn’t expect top quality, skilled ACRYLICS from a shop that definitely needs help. Get your act together! You guys need to be understanding. To support, just get a basic manicure and pedicure, what’s your problem?

Very sweet grandma working. She puts the most effort into what she does and has beautiful results. I recommend her for anyone wanting their nails done. She’s a very talented woman
