Amy tier 1 perfectionist I’m very picky and as a cosmetologist I usually do my own. My bf wanted to treat me and wow!!! The best nails I’ve had since moving here. The place is also so clean and beautiful with so many choices. Including glowing gel polish colors!! Five stars!! We love Amy.

Elle is the best. She does such a great job with my nails every time. She is a perfectionist which I love— She makes my tips look like my real nails and they last several weeks looking amazing. Also I just showed her a pic of what I wanted for the nail art shown in the pic and she literally made it look BETTER than the pic I showed her!!! I’ve never had a bad experience at carytown nails and spa. I plan on being a regular!

I waited almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seated with someone random I didn’t book with. I originally wanted a design on my dip manicure but decided for time sake I would do one color. Plus the guy was trying to talk me into getting acrylics instead so I took that as he wasn’t very comfortable with using dip. It took 2 hours, and they up charged me without telling me until check out because my natural nails were too long. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and I have never been charged extra at any salon for “long nails”. Best part, they don’t look that great. I’m so disappointed, I originally wanted to come here because I saw someone out in public and loved their nails and they recommended this place. I’m sure they’re great for some people just not for me!

Seriously the best nail salon in Richmond. If you can find a picture of what you want they can do it for you EXACTLY. They must use high quality products or maybe it’s the way they prep my nails but my dip sets often last over a MONTH! I get compliments all the time, the salon is clean and plays calming piano covers of popular songs and there’s a giant tv screen for everyone to watch British baking show and other relaxing tv on mute. They have every color and tool to keep up with every trend you see online. Pedicures are always done with care and booking online is so easy. This is my safe space and worth every penny I spend!!

First things first: I love this nail salon. I found it a few months before I moved from RVA. I received services there 5 times and miss this place dearly. The atmosphere was friendly, the team works well together, and the artist I went to is extremely talented and exceedingly kind. Carytown Nails and Spa is my favorite nail salon of all the ones I’ve frequented. Thank you for the wonderful experiences!!! I wish those at Carytown Nails and Spa the very best!
