I needed to have beautiful nails but was visiting and didn’t know where to go. Cartier had high ratings and Yen did a gel-x on my nails to show the high marks were warranted. They had a lot of colors, it’s an elegant decor in an easy to get to location. Of course they asked me if I’d like some water or something to drink. Super nice people and I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in the area’s. Beautiful job!!’

Cartier Nails invites you into their relaxing atmosphere with fantastic cam lighting and soft music. After calling for a last minute appointment, I was fortunate enough to be booked with Tony- a true artist in his craft. He generously took his time in making sure his work was excellent and I could have paid double for the 10 extra minutes of massage time he thoroughly provided. Looking forward to the next time I visit Scottsdale; I’ll be booking with Tony again!

My first experience didn’t go as planned. I wasn’t thrilled with my powder dip french nail results but I came back the next day and they agreed it was not quality work and redid my nails for free. It was a relief and a pleasant surprise to me that they were so willing to fix the issue and the staff were so kind about it. Thank you! I will be back 😊

It was my first time going to Cartier Nails and I had a great experience!! Priscilla is so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. My initial appointment was at 4:30 but I called a few hours before to see if I could be seen earlier instead, they got me in as soon as I got there at 2 which I really appreciated. The spa itself is very clean and modern contemporary. Will defiently be back

The staff are friendly enough and it’s clean but I was kept waiting for a very long time even though we had reservations.

This is usually not an issue but the scheduling seems to be a problem because my daughter’s tech was going between her and another person, not truly focusing on the work she was doing.

We’re disappointed in the service my daughter received. Her sns was completed so fast and it is not done well. The polish starts far from the cuticle and you can see the layering not to mentioned the chip on one nail.

I paid the same amount for my daughter as I would for myself and expect the same level of service. Great service is consistent and not dependent on who is receiving it.

We will not go back.
