My nails came out great and lasted. I was a walk in and they asked me to come back in twenty minutes which I did. The manicurist proceeded to complain the ENTIRE time I sat in front of her. She complained about me being a walk in on a Friday which was the busiest day and how I should make an appointment during the week. She complained about her hours and her life. She was good at what she did but the experience was quite unpleasant. I will not ever go back.

I was a new customer today for a manicure. I was quoted $20.00 by the manicurist. When she was finished, she up charged me and stated it was $25.00, adding she “forgot” 😡😡. Not cool at all and a great way to not have a new customer not return, I certainly never will. Too many other salons that are reputable.

This salon is genuinely kind hearted and did such a beautiful job on my gel manicure!!! It’s SO pretty. Plus, my multi-color design came out so well, it’s perfect 🙂

I went in to get acrylics removed. Instead of soaking them off, they just ripped them off. My nails have clear damage on them from this. Peices of natural nail were ripped off with the acrylics. And i have little blood lines under my nails now. I also believe they may not be sanitizing things correctly because at one point, she slipped, and the clippers got the skin on my thumb and it has been getting more and more swollen. Im honestly very upset about the damage to my nails and the blood lines.
