I had such a lovely experience here. The ladies treated me so well when I came for a walk-in manicure and pedicure. It was so relaxing and quiet in there. The ladies spent so much time on my mani and pedi I felt like they really took their time to make them look great. I’ve been to SO many nail salons in LA and this one is so laid back and quality. I sometimes feel stressed out at nail salons because I feel rushed but not here. Will def be back!!!

Went in for lashes, beautiful at first. That same day they started falling out. I went back they fixed them. And again, they all fell off in less than a week and pulled my real lashes with them. Don’t recommend.

They are accommodating and make customers feel comfortable. At times they’re behind, especially Friday, so there can be a wait. They do a great job with gel. They’ve recently added spa pedicures. Their prices are competitive in comparison to other nails salons nearby.

I called to make sure there was availability and was seen immediately upon arrival. Very friendly staff. The salon was easy to find. There wasn’t any street parking but the free parking garage next door had plenty of vacant spaces.

I had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow threading. My eyebrows look great. Not too thin and nicely shaped.

My manicure and pedicure turned out good but I was worried about how the experience would go in the beginning. The technician was barely shaping them and they looked uneven and jagged at first. She corrected it but nipped me a couple of times. I was a little annoyed because once or twice is acceptable. She nipped me more than that.

Despite that I would revisit this salon as I said my nails did turn out good and my eyebrows look wonderful.

I don’t understand how this place has a high review rate. They do not know how to cut nails. I’ve been there a few times and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but disappointing over and over again. I went for a pedicure and they didn’t have the gel nail polish that I asked for. This happened three times and they finally had the third color I ended up choosing. Not only that but the tech ended up cutting my toe nails way too short and two of the nails were uneven. I came into the salon with long nails and left with super short nails.
I would post a picture but I’m too embarrassed on how they look. Definitely regret going there. Don’t waste your money on this spot.
