I hope this review finds you well. My name is Justin Ward, and I recently visited your establishment for a pedicure. I felt compelled to share my experience with you, as I believe it is important for businesses to be aware of their customers’ perspectives.

Upon arriving, I was asked about the type of pedicure I would like and proceeded to have the service. However, I couldn’t help but notice a discrepancy in the treatment I received compared to other patrons. While seated, I observed that other customers, particularly those who appeared to be of a different racial background, were promptly offered beverages such as water, soda, or wine.

Regrettably, I was not offered any beverage during my visit, which left me feeling excluded and uncomfortable. The lack of equal treatment was further highlighted when, after my hour and 15-minute pedicure, a white couple seated next to me was immediately offered a variety of beverages within the first two minutes of their arrival.

I believe in the importance of fair and unbiased treatment for all customers, regardless of their race. My intention in sharing this experience is not to accuse but to bring awareness to a potential disparity in customer service. I encourage your establishment to evaluate and address such situations to ensure that every customer feels equally valued and welcomed.

Its been over a yr since ive been here. I wasn’t happy with the salon. Now it’s absolutely beautiful. Its welcoming, bright, clean, well organized and the staff is very courteous.

Great beauty salon! The salon invests in professional development and keeps up with industry trends through training and workshops. I’ve been impressed with almost all the technicians. This was my first time at Capital Nail and I will definitely be going back. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time.
