I received a gel manicure. After about three days they started to chip. After about five days they started to lift. It’s now been only one week and I need to find a new salon for another manicure. Seems the manicure wasn’t done properly. The hand massage was also a bit of a joke. I will also note that my nails are all different shapes and lengths. Very little attention to detail.

Brought my mother in law with me as well. She doesn’t speak great English and they didn’t treat her well and separated us during the appointment. They also didn’t give her the hand massage for no reason.

It was awkward inside too. TV turned off halfway through and no music was on, just awkward silence in a pretty empty nail salon on a Thursday afternoon.

Not sure if they’re better with pedicures or if we got bad staff, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone for a manicure.

First time visiting a nail salon in over a year due to becoming allergic to gel polish- saw this place does dip nails and had to try them out!
The lady I got, Kim, was very friendly. She did cut my pinky pretty bad, and some nails are a bit crooked (I do have crooked ring fingers, but usually they angle the nails to look straighter with the others), but all in all I’m happy with my service!
No free body lotion as a first time customer for me though, haha, but at least the prices are honest. I will return again!

This was my first time here! I had Robyn for my pedicure and my French tip dip set. She was amazing and did so good! Everyone was nice and the inside is cute and very clean. I will be back here in the future.

If you are looking for someone who creates unique, detailed & stunning nail art Alio is the way to go. I send her inspo photos & she always exceeds my expectations with her creative takes on the designs. I’ve been coming to her for several months and have been able to watch my nails grow under her care! She’s a joy to talk to & I highly recommend you check out her amazing work @nails_artdiary on instagram & tik tok!

I used to like coming here and most of the technicians are great. There’s one older lady who consistently does a poor job (each nail will have a different shape) and I’ve asked to have any tech but her do my nails. Today, they had her start my pedicure and I asked politely three times for my toe nails to be cut short, she’d file, not even shape the edges. She grabbed all her things and stomped off. All I wanted was for her to cut my toenails as I don’t like long toe nails. Someone else took over and cut and shaped them for me, but no apology from the manager, no discount. I won’t be returning.
Here’s a picture of a time I got a fill and she ruined my nice long almond nails to whatever lopsided shape this is.
