Just visiting the area, but came here upon the recommendation of a friend. Very clean. Fresh nail file for each customer. Really pleasant experience. I asked for an autumn tree design. He had never done this before, but I think it turned out just fine.

Great nail shop. Went here with my mother on the recommendation of a neighbor. Services were great and something I really appreciated is that the techs set a timer when doing things like leg massage which helps with consistency of services. Pedicures and manicures both came out great and I will definitely return. It is recommended that you make an appointment, but they do take walk-ins on availability.

Went in for a manicure with Lulu , the next day the polish had chipped off. I went in to ask about it and the Manager did offer to fix it I was not able to due to my schedule. Lulu told me it maybe due to my nails being so short I thought that was a very strange reason. I was more than disappointed and never went back.

I asked for tips and a design for a manicure. During my time there I showed the nail artist what design I wanted. They proceeded to tell me that they do not like the design that I wanted and if I did not like the end result that it would be my fault since the nail artist did not like the design that I wanted. The nail artist continued to answer two phone calls while doing my nails. My nails hardly look like the design I had hoped for and the nail artist did a sloppy job with messy lines.

Amazing customer service! And price! Love my nails! John did a wonderful job! So thankful he convinced me to change to “color” from my “go to” French manicure! Loved the back and hand messages! My first time there and saw the sign “Under New Management!” Make the appointment, you won’t regret it!
