Very much so disappointed in the services here. They wanna over charge for such poor service with techs that have no experience! Pretty much practicing on customers and charging professional prices. Since I’ve been here waiting on my mom’s services to be completed, several people have had complaints. I watch the techs launch and talk in their language as if the customer is the problem. I’m over it! People work hard for their money and should never have a problem addressing an issue with the services they’re being over priced for. On top of each toenail having a total different shape 😡
They also charge a different price for the same exact service each time, which I’m having to always correct them on. This is DEFINITELY my last time here!

I will absolutely never return here for any services. I went to get a pedicure and it was literally no more than a 7 minute pedicure. After I got home I noticed the bottom of my feet were peeling and my whole foot is super dry and peeling. I had a suspicion that they might have been using dirty tools on my toes and I was very worried about getting an infection but now I think it’s either the stuff they dump in the water that dries my feet off or the towel I put my feet on was dirty. I even paid for the callus remover even though I could’ve done without and my feet are extremely dry after that.

First time here & I did not like my nails and they charged me $50 for short nails. The girl cut me and also my nails are all uneven. Not happy and not going back !!

Got full set and Pedi. Paid $117 for nail removal I did myself. I may not speak their language but it’s rude to laugh in my face while taking my money.At least say it in English so everyone in the room gets a laugh at how cheap my husband is for not wanting to pay for my nails to be done. I’m a 56 year old care giver of 3 special needs men and can barely afford time to myself to go to the spa. While I’m there I’d like to relax and not be belittled for having to do my own nails,hair and dress.. I have no females in my life that like me enough to want to do my nails,hair or shop for clothes.If I ever return I’ll be rude and put on a headset so I don’t hear you laughing at me while paying your high fee .

Everytime I come here I always feel SO welcomed , I’ve never had a bad experience here like I do with other nail salons ! This is the number one place to go in Moreno valley ! They make me feel good , comfortable and pretty . And the prices are amazing
