I recently got a mani pedi at this salon . Basic for the manicure ( no gel) and French for the pedicure. I would first off like to suggest that when a person expresses the service they prefer, that the technician would honor their wishes without trying to push a dozen other services. It’s really disrespectful! Secondly, offering one hot towel to cover both legs instead of one for each, was insulting. I was told that if you get basic , you only get one towel. That was a first! Just wanted you all to know that extra towel might have made the difference on making me a return customer. I would have stopped at one star, but the tech was friendly, so I gave 2 stars
Between the $12 tip and the service, I paid over $72. I won’t be back.

Hello Kitty is amaaazing! No, for real Kitty does an amazing job! I definitely recommend this place..I would give a 10 out of 10 if I could!! Their customer service was beyond what I expected and my nails turned out incredible! I will most definitely be back!!

They did an okay job on my nail shape but made them thin like really thin. I haven’t even had these on for a week and I don’t do anything crazy with my hands and my nail already chipped. They made the dip lumpy on some nails.

Don’t even get me started on the design like what even is that. The brown is what I asked for and they stated that it was too difficult. And then gave me this ugly line design. She even tried to correct the black line with a white line and it just looks terrible. The white on my nail isn’t even nail polish it’s dip!!

Needless to say I will not be coming back because I paid $68 dollars for these nails! And I have gotten better for cheaper!
