Amazing service, I haven’t been here in years at this location. But they did them exactly as I asked. And I will definitely be making that 30 min drive just to go back to them the next time I need them done!!!!

Terrible service! The man with the grey streak in his hair does not take his time at all. My nails were lumpy, and shaped funny. I didnt want tips, he wasn’t even going to shape my natural nail properly had i not said anything. I only went there because Gold Star Nails were closed today. Worst $149 I’ve ever spent.

I had a nail dip done by the man with the grey streak in his hair, the very next evening my nail chipped, so I filed it down, then it happened again to another nail, so I decided to call & let them know.
Now this is Saturday & he wanted me to come in which I-explained I didn’t have time. He sounded concerned & we decided on an appointment on Monday.
I arrived & he said what do you want me to do about it. I said you asked for me to come back so you could resolve this. Then he had the nerve to ask me what did I do to cause this. Bye this time I’m so hot, dealing with this Rudeness is so unprofessional.
As it was I had gone to this place cause I had unexpected death in the family & wanted my nails to look nice…instead I got a mess!!!
When I left out I warned other customers & said some cuss words which I’m sorry for but I’m tired of getting ripped off from these nail salons. Something needs to be done!!!
Oh since I left out of there another nail has chipped. He only dipped my nails twice in the powder which resulted in a thin nail, that’s why their chipping. It’s from what you did, not what I did…
