All I had was a gel set taken off. Tell me why this $12 service cost me $20..???
The man refused to listen to me when I told him it was a gel set. This is something new that salons closer to DC do on a regular basis. But instead he told me maybe I just didn’t understand what I had on my nails.

MY NAILS ARE BEAT UP FROM HOW HE CHOSE TO REMOVE IT rather than listening to my input.

Immediately not impressed by his lack of professionalism. And to make it worse he chose to very forcefully convey his political beliefs. Maybe try focusing more on listening to the needs and concerns of your customers rather than regurgitating propaganda.

The staff was very pleasant and made my daughter’s birthday special! They made sure to be gentle and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!

I had the gentleman nail technician and he was rude and he embarrassed me and hurt my feelings. I have worked in service my whole life and I have had to work with all kinds of issues such as this one gentleman who fell asleep every time I cut his hair. I used to have to hold him up by his forehead to cut the front. I delt with young children and elderly people falling asleep and also with middle aged adults whose medication or health conditions caused this. I have more than one health problem causing this right now and he kept announcing his aggravation, even saying “while you are awake, can you pay now?”

Not much to complain about, my nails have always looked okay going but as most of these reviews the nails fall off, for me 3 days after i got them done. I’m not at all hard on my nails so maybe the prep or the glue has to change I’m not a nail expert. As the only nail salon in Luray they need to get a little better. I pay $50-$55 for a full set of gel acrylic nails and for them to fall off less than a week it’s totally not worth it. I’ve been buying fake nails from a store and they last longer than here. They charge everyone differently, I pay $50-55 and some pay $35 which to me makes zero sense. If you’re in a bind and absolutely need nails go here but for the price and how long they last I don’t recommend it.
