My friends and I love to come here for manicures and pedicures and I usually get my eyebrows waxed as well. The staff are friendly and gentle and always make us look good! The rates are what you would expect in this area and they have a list of different pedicure options, some with special ingredients, hot stones, hot towels, and you can customize your experience. Plenty of selections on polish colors and types like gel or dip. I always love coming here and being pampered. They do a fantastic job and I recommend them to anyone!

Worse experience ever, I haven’t had a pedicure in a while and due to the fact that I wear boots all the time for work, I needed one. So I walk in the man fills tub with water but, might as well not filled it because my feet barely touched the water when he took one out and started working on it then the other, I asked if he could concentrate on a couple of areas that needed it more than the rest of my feet and the lady that understands English translated for him. He worked on my feet for about 5 minutes then proceeded to dry them and start painting my toenails, I pointed out that he didn’t do what I had asked, so then the owner a man came over and started speaking in their language and was upset that I said something, so I said don’t worry I’ll go somewhere else if you guys are not wanting to listen to your customers and do what they ask or at least try. He then proceeded to tell me to do the myself and leave. NEVER AGAIN!!! I wasn’t going to give any stars, but it won’t let me post unless I do, so I give in writing (-10)

She Had the nerve to tell me the colors I wanted was ‘too much’. I. E. You’re doing too much. So of course I walked out with my nails half done. My nails, my fingers, my hands, my money. Customer service is severely lacking at this place. Someone performing a service for me won’t speak to me as if I’m beneath her. I think her lacking English skills was a big problem in this in this case. Don’t waste your time or money

Poor Tina had to deal with the poor nail job I had on before but she was such a trooper and took so much time and care and was so careful to make sure everything she did looked perfect. I’m so grateful to her. They always have good service and an upscale relaxing ambiance. I always get intricate designs and I’m always in love with my nails. Easily 5 Stars!!! I highly recommend this nail salon experience.
