The staff was nice but the quality of work is absolutely terrible why say you can do a design when you know you can’t all I asked for was hearts and somehow that ended up looking nuts. Got gel but it’s so thick and chunky it can already see it starting to clump off. took my niece as well and she asked for a specific color and the artist took it upon themselves to do every other finger a different color like ?????? won’t be returning.

Horrible work. California Nail techs work looks like something I did at home. My gel polish chipped in less than 24 hours and a few days later a nail broke and the rest broke days after. My fresh refill did not last 2 weeks. They obviously didn’t put enough overlay acrylic to strengthen my nails. Their work was sloppy (polish on my skin) and they overcharged me. I don’t like confrontation and they like to argue, and they do not stand behind their work. I don’t mind paying for quality work. I will NEVER go back to their establishment again.

I went and I was rushed.
The lady did a fill in w powder set. She rushed the entire time. Then she filed everything down then tried to put
Lotion on all the debris left over. I asked her if I could wash my hands first. Then she left white mail polos all on the sides, she did not clean it up. I asked another technician to clean it up after I complained. Then it starred to peel the next day. This is the second finger starting to peel

The staff is rude and the service isn’t worth the cost. My sister and I came in today for gel pedis and my niece got a kid’s gel mani. My niece selected a purple color and it apparently had dried up but instead of the person painting her nails allowing her the opportunity to choose a new color, she selected a hot pink one for her and when I asked to confirm that is what she selected she ignored me until I literally stopped her from continuing. I also had to reselect my color 3 times due to the polishes being dried out. Even the woman next to me had to reselect her polish for the same exact reason! There are hispanic women in the salon who speak little to no english who just glared at us as we came into the salon and throughout our service. The one who did my feet was making faces as she was doing it. I could go on but you get the gist

I’ve been going here for years. Everyone is so friendly when greeting me. I enjoy having to talk with the people here cause it makes me feel at home. My tech Steven does amazing nails. The shape is always perfect. Been doing pedicure here for a long time too and my favorite so far is the bigger lady (I forgot her name because she’s not here all the time I think it started with a S or a C). They keep the place clean. The they’re always busy cleaning the place and renovating the place. I can’t remember a time coming and not seeing something different!
