I was trying to become a client for almost 1 year, wanting to give my coins to an AA nail tech. I reached out via Instagram and email waiting on her to start accepting new clients. She told me she was full and to keep checking back, so I did. I finally scheduled an appointment as her website message “Not accepting new clients” was omitted. After scheduling I was told she was full again so I was prepared to wait. I did reply back to the email about my disappointment but never was I rude I was just trying to ask for clarification and a time frame for her availability as well as my deposit which was refunded. I decided to wait again, then I noticed I was blocked on Instagram as I couldn’t go to her page to check her availability. I reached out on business number via text and her reply was asking if I was another name. Once I texted back who I was and received no reply I tried to call again blocked. I did call from another number and leave a voicemail. I am not sure what I did to offend her but I thought her work was great and I was eager to become a client. Maybe I was too eager or reached out too much. I am not sure but I’m definitely offended and upset. Although I would like to know why this happened I have no ill will towards you. I am asserting myself to let you know of my displeasure with how this situation was handled.
