Legitimately the most painful and worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life…. the nail tech never asked me if I wanted to cut my nails short, she just hacked away at them. The picture tells the entire story… and I’ve never been asked to sign a release for getting a pedicure anywhere else. Probably necessary if this is the type of work they always do. I’m sure I’m not the only pissed off customer.

I came for an appointment today with Hannah for a gel pedi and dip/nexgen nails. My usual place seems to be booking up so quickly these days I can never manage to get an appointment on my only day off. This salon is right down the street from me so I decided to check them out! It is SUPER clean and chic, and they are very hygienic. The one thing I liked the most is that Hannah was not rushed at all. She took her time. My pedicure was probably one of the most thorough pedicures I’ve had in a long time. Also when I asked her to cut my toes super short she knew what I meant by REALLY short, lol. I know some people may not be fans of glitter but I LOVE glitter and their glitter dip selection was fire.
Hannah was friendly and funny and she was very open to any suggestions/changes I wanted made to my nails. I’m going to try to post a few pics of my nails!

I just had a visit for a pedi and mani. Pedicure was done by Wendy, cordial and made sure I got the correct color for my pedicure. For the mani, I had a young lady by the name of Kaylee. From the beginning I got a weird vibe. I needed a mani with tips and dip. She nicked my left hand ring finger and burned me a couple of times with those nail drill machines. I went along. But when she started getting frustrated with her own job and even muttered a “damn” underneath her breath, that was it. I got the attention of another tech and as I was explaining what the problem was while she was babbling about in the foreign language. I don’t mind the redoing it or the longer time it took to fix her job (everything needed to be removed and done it again in the hand she was “working “ on)but the disrespect and dismissal of her nasty attitude did it for me. My two stars are for Wendy.
