Came in for pedicures for me and my daughter. They didn’t wash the tubs out between customers. We should have just walked out then, but stayed 😕, the lady was rude when I asked her about cleaning the tubs and sanitizing the tools. I am praying neither one of us get an infection and we WILL NOT be back.

Now this was my first time and last time, here the reason why: the nail tech quickly wipes down the tub before the next guest’s appointment, I should have run away even faster when the nail tech simply drains the water and immediately fills it up for the next client.🤢 The Consequences: If they’re not cleaned properly, pedicure tubs—especially whirlpool tubs—are a breeding ground for harmful bacteria (no fun). Think: bacteria, viruses, infections and fungus.

Also, they were using unclean nail clippers, nipper, pusher and other tool which can cause athlete’s foot, staph infections, herpes, HIV-1 and Hepatitis B and C. Not once they soak for 10 minutes between each client in an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant, like Barbicide (aka, that blue solution) and the nail files, buffers or pumice stones, look like it it use for several month, it was dirty and nasty. When I asked why. Do y’all clean the pedicure tub out; they felt some kind of way and became very rude. Some time you get what you paid for! It’s cheap for a reason, I won’t go Back again! 🤢🤢🤮

Love going there. But this time wasn’t happy with the outcome of my pedicure colors. I wanted silver with black tips and she didn’t want to do that. She did black with silver tips and the tips are kinda sloppy, and it looks okay and mean okay, but not what I wanted. Next time I go I paying the extra $10 for what tip I want please do what I want, if you don’t want to do it then just say that.

Got pedicure and manicure done no color. Look good and feel good. It was a good visit.

Best Nail salon ever! I’m glad I can stop looking now lol I got my nails done and they lasted for a month! Never lifted! Susan is my Nail tech…she is awesome! The maroon matte nails pictured below are a month old…no lifting whatsoever!! I’m in love!!

We went here in October 2023 with my daughter and mother in law. I since a week after my pedicure have been battling a bad bacterial infection in my two big toes that I even had to see PCP for Antibiotics. Painful, oozing, blistered, swollen infected from due to this “cheap $15 pedi” they have advertised. Horrible!! I was going to post the pics I have but will spare you the trauma. I will if I have to though.

My mother in law had a mani and had to come back the next day because the gel nail color began separating. Not great quality of polish. They did fix it without cost, which was fine. Never again going here for services. I’ve never had foot issues after a pedicure until visiting CA NAILS. Terrible. You business will need to reimburse for all these pcp, Ned’s, and podiatrist dr visits.
