Incredibly disappointed I’ve gone here a few times and never had a bad experience l. Asked for almond nails w a French tip. 70$ and they are incredibly misshapen. I am happy to pay the price for good nails but I would maybe pay 35 for these. Do not recommend. I also got my old acrylics removed rather than soaking them off they ripped/popped them off w a nail and it kinda hurt. Overall not worth the risk. Wasn’t sure what to say in the moment because I’m shy but maybe don’t get almond nails there. I’ve had square and coffin done before completely fine. Just a annoyed I waisted 70 bucks.

Made a 4:15 men’s manicure appt. I just moved to Southwest Harbor, ME In May. This place is in Ellsworth, about 30 minutes away, but so worth the drive. Ive had good manicures and bad manicures, this was one of the best ive had anywhere. Emily was very gracious and oh so gentle. I ask her to cut them short as they grow so fast. Even when I have asked in the past from others, they never cut short enough. She cut them short enough but not to short, which has happened also. Thank you so much Emily, you will see me again.
Do be advised they only except cash no cards. I had to run to the bank up the street, but it wasn’t an issue.

I was visiting Maine, and two days into the trip I broke my nail! When I googled “nail salons near me”, C & T nails was the first to pop up! Based on the great reviews, I knew I had to make an appointment ASAP! I was lucky to have PJ as my nail tech the next day! He was very kind, professional, and took his time! When I told him I wanted French ombré nails, he went far and beyond! Thank you PJ for making my nails so beautiful and making them engagement ring ready!!!

I just got a quick mani / pedi without polish since I’ve been trying to let my nails breathe for a bit and she did a great job!! Nothing special but they look and feel so much better than when I walked in lol. Just know that they only take cash!! I didn’t know ahead of time and felt so bad having to run to the atm 😕

So, I work at the hospital in town and ladies were always coming in with such beautiful nails and they would all tell me I only go to C &T Nails. Well, after one set and two fills later I confidently say now that I will only go to C & T Nails. From the moment you walk in the salon is very welcoming. From their pedicure chairs, to their polishes and displays, this place is so beautifully set up. I am horrible with names but I do believe it was the owner the last two times I’ve gone in and when I say he takes care of your nails he truly does. If you are a bride in town, or a little girl wanting her nails done for the first time, this is where you go. They will set the bar high for you and you won’t go anywhere else. For me it is kind of like you find an amazing hair dresser so you don’t cheat on them and go somewhere else. It is the same for your nails ladies. This is the one thing that I do for myself and that I make time to do. I have a lot of polishes myself and can do them but there is something about someone holding your hand and pampering you. My first set was a pink and white. I had sort of rounded square sides but quickly learned that I wanted an almond shape. Boy did that change the whole look of my hands. For a full set of pink and white I paid 60.00 Let’s face it we are not in 1999 where the nails cost 25.00. People are using higher quality materials and with the rising costs of the economy things are going to be a bit more. I went somewhere else and paid MORE before I found them and they butchered my nails. So, for me, this is a no brainer. A fill will run you 30.00 BUT again, you get what you pay for. Please support these kind sweet folks at C & T Nails. If you are looking for somewhere to go, your search ends here.
