I waited about a good hour, the lady in front me getting her toes done, she took long. When it was my turn, the lady didn’t massage my legs. She only shaped my toes, and put lotion on legs. After she was done painting, the toes looked good from a distant but when I took better look she didn’t clean up the polish right. I wish she could’ve done a better job, I don’t recommend this place, only 2 workers there, and barley customers.

Absolutely one of the best no chip full set I’ve had. Tena was so nice and was very genuine and wanted to make sure my nails were just how I wanted them. She was so giddy while mastering her perfection technique. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for great customer service while guaranteeing a job well done!!

So I’ve been here twice.. prices are great.. they don’t do designs they’ll do basic sets for 40.. and fills for 30 with the way the world is right now this is a deal. The staff are always so friendly and polite.. I’m rating 4 because I feel like the whole experience is rushed.. there’s so many walk ins as they don’t do appointments so sometimes my nails do come out sloppy.. however for the price you can’t beat it.

Very very bad experience here. The lady who did my nails rushed and nails did not come out to my liking. Tina. It was like she had an attitude or something from the start, very bad vibes. She started off by asking, “What you need?” No, Hi how you doing or welcome. I just needed a no chip white polish mani. She goes, “The chair is right there sit.” I was like Wow!! I was in the area and really needed my nails done, so I blew it off. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. We are human. I asked how she was doing and tried to engage in convo to break the ice. She had very short answers and so I just stayed quiet. As she starts to buff my nails, she refused to get the tool that is used to get dirt from under my nails. I asked why? She said they don’t do that there. Then the guy came behind her in agreement. At other nail salons I’m used to them doing that automatically. I felt like that should have been my hint to leave at that moment, but I didn’t. She continued to do my nails(rushing) and I noticed white paint on the sides of a few of my nails. I just kindly asked if she could take the paint off before I put them under the uv light to be cured and she gets an instant attitude saying loud “In 20 year that I do nail, I never have a problem. Good people come here, you different. In 20 year, no problem.” I was shocked. I stated that I wanted to be treated with care and respect and get the proper service I came here to pay for. I seen how they treated others in the salon with dignity and respect. I’m not a rude person and took offense to her statement. It made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I look around and see the guy just with a mean mug on his face, shaking his head. What have I done? I’ve never paid $55 at a nail salon and received such energy of I would say prejudice. They both made me feel not welcomed and uneasy. It sucks to have to PAY for an experience like that. Also my no chip lasted less than a week. I will NEVER come back here and I don’t recommend going here.
