Made sure to call ahead and scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter for 11:10 am. Did not get started until well after 11:45. This was our first time getting acrylic nails, so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect.

Do I think they are pretty? Absolutely. Are they even and consistent? Absolutely not.

I was trusting the nail tech to make sure that both thumbs were the same length, both pointer fingers, etc. but they are drastically different.

Not sure if I will return.

They NEVER disappoint!! C Gloss is my new regular spot to go for nails! They were more than friendly and even stayed 45 minutes after close to finish my set! I LOVE. this nail salon and the women who work here!!!! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here for nails!!

This salon is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and so talented!!! The environment is so comfortable and I went with my friend who showed them a picture and they made it look exactly like what she asked for! I had no idea what I wanted to do so she just suggested we try something and I ended up loving my nails!! Cindy did my nails and she has such an eye for color and shaping! My favorite spot to come to for nails:)

I have been coming to C Gloss for a few months now. The first time I went, the owner did my nails and they came out absolutely perfect and beautiful. She was kind, personable, neat, quick and efficient. That experience led me to make C Gloss my new spot!
Since then, I have had two other nail techs, both very very kind and skilled, but they skip vital steps in the manicure process compared to other places I’ve been.
Each time I leave I am left with nails that appear unfinished. They never tell me to wash my hands during the entire process, be it dip or gel. This leaves my nails and surrounding skin looking and feeling painful, dry, messy, dusty, stained fingertips from dip, jagged, and just overall not as neat as they should be. I go home and have to make the final touches myself, which I just don’t think is right.
After my visit today, I decided to call the owner and let her know my experience the past few times. I would have mentioned it in person but I did not want to make a scene or make other customers uncomfortable. She was very receptive and offered to fix them and give me a discount on my next service.
I hope my call has brought to their attention the importance of providing these seemingly minute services that make a manicure stand out from the rest.

This was a great experience and had amazing service. They were very nice and left my nails looking great. I love them!
