I love this place! And of course love my Holly & my Ann – they are such happy and have great attention to detail. Definitely my nail (and feet) place.

My daughter, mother and I didn’t have a great experience at CC Nails. We both got regular pedicures, and I got gel polish on my nails while she got a full set. The sample colors to look through are not only coveted in duct tape, but the lighting in the salon is so poor that the samples look entirely different than the actual color. My desired color appeared deep blue with specks of lighter glittery blue but it was actually purple. While applying gel polish to my fingers I pointed out a big speck of debris under the first coat and the technician acted like she couldn’t see it and got frustrated when I insisted. She then proceeded to put on two very thin coats. I’m leaving with polish that already looks like it has faded for a week.
My daughter asked for a blue, which her technician chose, but was then told the regular matching polish was dried out so she will have to pay for gel on her toes too ($15 higher). They should have instead just chosen a similar a blue for her! I spoke up and they eventually chose a nearly identical blue that wasn’t dried out. She also told my Italian teenage daughter that her legs are too hairy for the nail salon (she’s Italian and shaved the day before yesterday!).
We won’t be back.

I enjoyed my pedi & foot leg massage very much. The man was very careful to ensure my nails were perfect. I requested an extra 10 mins for my massage part. The environment was very clean and nicely decorated.

Normally really love coming here. But the chair I was sat in for my pedicure was dirty. I often see one of the workers lounging or napping in it so I’m assuming the food crumps and dirt in the basin and foot stool was from him. The woman who did my pedicure did great tho after I asked to move chairs. My manicure was okay, the table I was sat at had another persons nail clipping and dust from the drill. My tech also argued with me and my dip nails some how went from 45$ to 65$ even tho there was no polish removal or nail tips. Normally love the work they do and how clean the place was. Not sure what was happening this day, not 100% sure if I’ll be back. I also watched them sit another customer in the pedicure chair I had asked to be moved from without it being cleaned

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would . They choose and pick who they want to do good work on . They always talking about the customers not knowing some understands what they are saying. They like to ask you to do extra services and when you deny the extra services they do the most sloppiest work ever . I went to get a fill in today and my toe nails are bumpy as hell . When she asked was I okay I specifically stated no and she started laughing like it was a joke . So at that point I was not about to even let her do anymore work on me . I was ready to go and ended up paying $38 for sloppy work. The fact I was going to experience and see if it was worth bringing a group of people there , but clearly it’s not worth the time or MONEY. Don’t waste your money going to these weird and disturbing people . I hope they hire new people soon or definitely get rid of the ones who are about to cause this company to fall short. Cause I will be reporting to the business department .
